We offer alteration services for women's special occasion dresses, costumes and some clothing.   

Services we offer: Hemming, taking in or letting out seams to fit, strap adjustments, adding bra cups, dress bustles and dress restyling.   Correen was primarily a designer and dress maker long before she started taking alterations, so her mindset and methods are a bit more open to changes than the other alterations providers.    

Please make sure your item is new or freshly dry cleaned.  We do not handle dresses that have been worn or are dirty.

We are sorry but we do not offer zipper repairs, mending, hemming of jeans or men's tailoring.  

All alteration services are charged by the hour as all items are not created equal.  There is no way of accurately knowing how much time is involved until work begins but we will do our best to give you an estimate and keep you informed of any changes or issues that are encountered in the process.  

We charge $50-150 an hour for all alteration services and time is calculated from the point of fitting to the final pressing of the garment.  For Wedding Dresses, a $200 deposit is due at drop off.  For all other garments, we will invoice upon completion.  We will text your invoice when your garment is ready with that week's pick up times.  

Since our work is based on event dates, please trust that we are working hard to get all our clients ready for their events on time.  Phone calls and texts to check on statuses are a distraction that takes time away from processing your order.  We will contact you as soon as your garment is ready to go.  

Hourly rate is based on how much notice is given for your garment.    

• 1 week notice is billed at $150 an hour for wedding dresses and $100 for all other garments
• 2 week notice is billed at $125 an hour for wedding dresses and $50 for all other garments
• 3 weeks notice is billed at $100 an hour for wedding dresses and $50 for all other garments
• 4 weeks or more notice is billed at $75 an hour for wedding dresses and $50 for all other garments

You will be expected to bring the proper foundation wear and shoes you will be wearing with your garment to your appointment.  If you forget you will be charged $50 for the appointment and will need to reschedule 

your appointment.

At Correen's Creative Designs, we love creating beautiful things!!  Every Day is a great day to Dress Up has been out motto since our company started in 2002 and it still rings true today.  Our focus in our costume and dress design is quality, practicality and of course awe worthy entrances. 

We have a full line of costumes designed for Party Companies and Event Professionals featuring characters and classic performer pieces.  Our favorite projects are wedding dress upcycle and costumes for dancers, skaters and twirlers.   Pricing for custom pieces is $50 an hour for all work designing, creating and fitting your garment plus materials and notions.  

We are sorry but we are not taking commissions for custom wedding and event dresses, cosplay or Halloween Costumes at this time.

We offer both open Shopping Hours as well as Private Shopping Appointments.   Shopping appointments are one hour long and you may bring up to 3 friends with you.   Due to no shows, a $25 deposit for private shopping appointments.  Your deposit will be applied to your purchase or alterations services.  If you do not find anything, the charge will be reversed.   No refund or credit will be given for no shows or appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.  

Fitting and styling help will be available.  Alteration and Pressing Services are available on site for an additional charge.
