Designs are typically based on standard American size proportions. However, I request further information to ensure a proper fit. The item you are ordering will state if a measurement form is required in the description. The form will need to be completed and emailed back in order for me to place your custom design order on the schedule.

Please complete the form fields and return the form only as an email attachment to correen@ccreativedesigns.com as soon as possible to keep your order rolling. Do not hesitate to ask questions if you are unsure about any part of the measuring process.
