For designs in our store, just add to the cart and checkout. For new custom design requests, please email us a picture or sketch of what you have in mind and we will go from there.
A certain number of custom design orders are available each month. At checkout, you will be offered the available choices. Orders are processed each month in order of receipt and shipped between the 5th and 30th of that month.
We have a measurement form that will need to be completed and returned at the time of your order. The form has instructions and diagrams to help you gather accurate information so we can fit your order properly.
We do offer the option of placing a deposit to secure a spot on the schedule and you are welcome to pay on the item as you wish. You can pay a deposit of $100-300 based on the price of the custom design. Balances need to be paid in full by the first of the month you are scheduled in to keep the schedule moving.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Oh no, I forgot to order! It happens to all of us from time to time. We do accommodate Rush orders as much as we can, however, a fee will be assessed based on your timing.
